Executive - Customer Care - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

We are looking to hire Customer Care Executive for our Ice Cream brand. We would prefer a candidate who has good Communication Skills and has experience as customer care executive of QSR (Multi location brands) along with experience of using apps for POS (Point of Sale software), Zomato & Swiggy.

Job location : Mumbai (Work from home).

Staff Location preferred : Mumbai

Work Timings : 8 PM to 4 AM

Job Description :

To Handle and monitor the following processes :

1. To handle incoming calls from customers who have made purchase of our products on Zomato & Swiggy.

2. To modify orders if the customer wishes to.

3. To make sure the customer ends the call happy.

4. To provice support to partner kitchen as and when needed.

5. To communicate with the partner kitchens and make sure the orders placed to us are fulfilled.
