Executive - Customer Care - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a customer service executive hiring for one of our FMCG clients for Gurgaon location.
The job is not remote and will require the person to travel to the client office in Gurgaon.
In this role, we are looking for someone who can :
- Manage all customer related queries, regarding orders, online payments, product details etc
- Ensure customer queries are answered professionally on call, resulting in a solution for the customers
- Handle all queries on email, web chat, giving customers a great experience when they have any issue or complaint
- Manage complaints on sociak media platform, by getting in touch with the customer and immediately working with the concerned team to solve any problem of the customer
What will be expected from you
- Excellent communication skills - English & Hindi - both speaking and writing to respond to the customer queries
- Emapathy to understand the problems and also provide the right solution
- Strong business understanding and passion for growth
- Knowledge of excel - would be preferred
Budget - 25K-35K (In hand) per month
Location - Gurgaon, Sector 55
Candidates will be expected to travel to the office.
