- CTC: 23,000 per month

- In Hand: 18,500 per month

- Job Responsibilities:-

1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.

2. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns for Zomato or Flipkart services.

3. Educate customers about product features, promotions, and policies to enhance their overall experience.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality, productivity, and compliance with data security regulations.

9. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance job performance and skills.

10. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the Teleperformance brand and fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements :

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

2. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with diverse customers.

4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

6. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

7. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace conducive to remote work.

8. Commitment to meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality service to customers.

9. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
