12th pass mandatory
1 yr experience as Customer Care in E-commerce mandatory
The candidate will have to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries and handle customer escalations.
Age 20 - 30 yrs
Candidate Should have Experience in E-Commerce Process Only
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls and handle the end to end email support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries /Blog/reviews
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
