Job Responsibilities :

1. Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc

2. Must have prior experience of handling eCommerce platforms/Social Media Accounts and Customer Queries

3. Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat

4. eCommerce customer services (Voice)| International Voice Experienced candidates can apply for this job

5. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.

6. Cancel or upgrade order details.

7. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Salary : 23 k Net -25 k Net + PF + Other Benefits + Attractive Incentives

Preferable from an eCommerce industry background
