Position : Customer care Executive (Inbound/Outbound)
Job Location : Gurugram
Number of positions : 5
Key responsibilities :
- Answers all phone calls coming into the department as well as communication via emails.
- Troubleshoots/ resolves client problems and concerns.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Working in a call center environment, assisting customers while making appropriate documentation in the CRM system, strong multi-tasking and data entry skills preferred.
Communication : Candidate can communicate well in Hindi and English. Must be able to read and write English for mails communication.
