We are looking for a dedicated technical support executive for our international customers who will help them to resolve their issues.
Job role :
Candidates have to attain the inbound calls of our customers and help them to resolve their issues by providing technical support to them and also candidates have to pitch the price for the service.
Job descriptions:
- Good in call closing /take console
- Fluent in English communication
- Willing to work in night shift
- Minimum 6 month of any international BPO company inbound or outbound
- Candidates should be graduate or under graduate
