Executive - Customer Care - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a customer oriented representative. Customer care executive responsibility is to ensure excellent service standard, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job role:
- Taking inbound calls regarding to computers.
- Takings inbounds calls regarding to pop ups, emails, windows call
- Taking the remote access of the customer's computer and diagnosing the problem
- Pitching the service maintenance contract
- Sales pitch
Job descriptions:
- Good in call closing /take console
- Fluent in English communication
- Willing to work in night shift
- Minimum 6 month of any international BPO company inbound or outbound
- Candidates should be graduate or under graduate
