Executive - Customer Care - BPO (1-3 yrs)

Experience: -1 year to 3 years (Technical Support experience)
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls with Remote Support Software installation, Technical expert in US / UK customer support good hand on troubleshooting isssues on Printer, Router, Mac, Window, Antivirus, Email, Pop Up, etc.
- Should be energetic and dyanamic.
- Fluency in English is needed.
- Age group should be between 18 -35 years
- Should be comfortable with rotational shift
