Job Description :
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web (Chat Process).
- Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
- Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
- Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
- Should be open for the night shift.
