The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.

- Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.

- Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.

- Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.

- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.

- Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.

The Profile :

- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer.

- You also have good experience in CRM.

- If you have a prior retail experience in Food & Beverage, Womenswear & Accessories, Menswear & Accessories and Childrenswear & Accessories, it would be an advantage.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing team
