Job Description :

As a Customer Care Executive at EBIXCASH GLOBALSRERVICES, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding BSES services, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding BSES services.

2. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

3. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

6. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service to customers.

7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer service processes and procedures.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
