Executive - Customer Care - BPO (0-2 yrs)
We are looking to hire Freshers candidates who can able to work in a Night shift.
Location:- Dahisar
Experience :- 0 to 1 yr
Freshers are also welcome
Qualification :- Minimum HSC/Diploma pass
Salary:- 15k to 20k + Incentives
Job timing: - Night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Job responsibilities & requirement :
- Excellent customer service skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport and closing
- Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator
- To ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
- To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Should be well verse with Computers and various office applications like Outlook, MS word, MS excel etc.
- Will be required to work in Night shift.
- Should be 18 years and above.
- No transportation facility.
- Should be able to join as early as possible
