Job Description
Department: Banking - Customer Service / Phone Banking - Bank Payroll / No BPO / No Sales / No Pressure
5 days working with any 2 days rotational off
Salary Package - 15k to 24k net
9 am to 6 pm fix shifts
Receive calls of the existing customers of the Bank
Solve their queries related to previous transactions
Take applications credit card, home loan, personal loan, business loan, demat account opening, current account or savings account opening
Help the customer with the current rate of interest offered on Fixed deposits, Recurring Deposits etc
In short, provide end to end customer service on call
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria :
Must be Graduate with results in hand
Good/Excellent communication skill
Ready to work in a professional atmosphere
Basic computer knowledge - internet surfing, excel, word, ppt
