Position : Customer Care Executive
Location : Ahmedabad
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 1 - 3 Years
Timings : 9 am - 6pm
- Monday - Saturday
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off
Job roles & responsibilities :
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Handling customer care service department
- Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
- Coordinating with team mates
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Focus on customer satisfaction
