Executive - Customer Care (5-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Customer care executive( Happiness Manager) having the following Details :
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for Handling customer support calls .
- Preparing quotations of Material While Servicing machine.
- Giving daily service calls to our service Engineers and allocating them according to service issues .
- Tracking and closing service calls .
- Generating reports of service calls and conveying it to the customers, concerned departments.
- Responsible for service payment follows ups, deputing Engineer as per AMC Schedule.
- Handling AMC, Generating new AMC will be Prior responsibility.
- Coordinating with the maintenance department, suppliers for repairing of material in time.
Qualification and knowledge :
- BSC/BCOM/MCOM degree must.
- Tally Must be known.
- Fluent in English.
- Good letter writing skill .
- Good in communication
Experience : Minimum Experience of five years in one single company in a similar field .
Salary :
- 18000 TO 22000 PER month including all perks
- PF shall be deducted from the salary as per company rule .
- Professional tax shall be deducted as per Govt rule .
- Probation period six month .
