Executive - Customer Care (2-7 yrs)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1- Needs to solve customer issues on call /Email /Social Media.
2- Candidate have to do inbound calling.
3- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
4- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
5- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
6- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complaints
7- Resolve Complaints of customer over call
8- Answer inbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
9 - Graduate with 2 years + Experience Excellent communication and market knowledge-
