Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive for the Non-Voice Chat Process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat-based communication channels. You will be assisting customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in chat-based conversations with customers to provide support and assistance.

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.

- Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions, escalating any complex issues to the relevant teams.

- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.

- Log customer interactions and details of inquiries accurately in the system.

- Follow company guidelines and procedures while addressing customer queries.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

- Graduates in any discipline.

- Experience in customer support roles or similar fields is preferred.

- Excellent written communication skills in English.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.

- Proficiency in using chat-based support tools and basic computer applications.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
