The Job :
In this role, you will be involved in outbound sales activities for international campaigns.
You will be responsible for :
- Handling outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Attending to customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Understanding customers needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Outbound Voice Process.
- You have good communication skill in English for international campaigns.
- Prior B2B experience will be advantageous.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
