Executive - Customer Care (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer inquiries via various channels, including email, live chat, and over the phone.
- Assist customers with DTO return product inquiries, product information, and general inquiries.
- Process and manage customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and cancellation if necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Work closely with relevant departments to address product defects, shipping issues, and other customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and availability.
