1. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.

4. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
5. Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
6. Ability to lead a team.
7. Computer skills.
8. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
9. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
