Provilac - Executive - Customer Care (1-3 yrs)
- Help customers with technical & billing related queries
- Reply and manage customer support ticket on our Support Desk
- Reply to customers emails
- Coordinate with other teams to make sure customers queries are resolved -Provide consultation to potential & interested clients.

- Should have own two wheeler/car.

- Ability to convince and convert leads into customers.
- Providing complete information to clients.
- A peoples person and a ready go- getter.
- Ensure implementation of training sessions aligned to business requirements.
- Analytical bent of mind and strong judgmental attributes.
