Job Description :

As a Customer Care Executive at Tata Play, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service over the phone. This position offers the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding service inquiries, billing, and technical support.

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

- Update customer information in the system and maintain records.

- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further action.

Requirements :

- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification or equivalent.

- 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.

- Ability to work remotely and independently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills :

- Customer service orientation and empathy.

- Patience and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

- Multitasking and time management skills.
