Shift Timing: 24-7 (Rotational)

Working Days: 5

Week Offs: 2 Rotational

Graduate if Fresher

HSC only for candidates with experience

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to a 24-7 rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer care role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (International Voice Selects Only).

- Ability to work in a 24-7 rotational shift environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

Education:

Graduates (if fresher)

HSC (only for candidates with experience)
