Executive - Customer Care (0-3 yrs)
- Agent will be taking Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Agent will have to resolve queries of the customer.
- Calls will be related to Queries about the product or services.
- Calls will be related to complaints about the product or services.
- Agent will be given training about the product and services.
- Agent should be flexible about rotational shift.
- We have both domestic and International Process.
- Domestic will have 6 days working.
International will have 5 days working.
