We are hiring for Customer Care Executive (CCE) profile for our Premium Voice process, where your job will require you to be interacting with customers over the call.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Resolve customers x27 complaints via call.
2. Responding promptly to customer x27s inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer x27s issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
