Job Title : CRM Executive

Work Location : Andheri, Mumbai.

Qualification : Graduate / MBA in Sales

Experience : 2-4 Yrs as of Relevant Experience in Real Estate background please apply!

Roles and Responsibilities

a) Collecting the booking form and the requisites from the sales person with the cheque of booking amount and scrutinizing all the documents.

b) Sending a welcome call and a welcome letter to the customer.

c) Handling the customer queries via email, phone calls and face-to-face.

d) Tracking and follow up for collections.

e) Coordinating for site visits.

f) Updating the existing customers on the on-going projects on regular basis.

g) Responsible for all documentation, support and feedback information post sales from booking till the possession of property.

h) Coordination for the registration of the flat.

i) Inter- departmental coordination with legal, projects, and accounts etc. on various matters.

j) Preparation of MIS.

k) Coordination for the customization of the flat between projects & customers (as per the policy).

l) Snagging and De- snagging of the apartments before handing over the flat to the customer.

m) Arranging activities, events for the existing customers.

n) Handing over the flats to the customer.
