One Of your client a social media company offers billing app for small retail shops. It is designed in such a way so that every shop can use it.

It is easy to use and enables shops to create invoices in seconds and allow shops to share the invoice on WhatsApp, SMS, and Email with customers. Shops can also print invoices using a thermal printer. Shop owners can launch Online Store (e-commerce website) in seconds. Share the online store link with customers on WhatsApp and then create bills once they get online order. It is more than just a billing app. It enables small shop or dukaan to manage inventory, send promotional offers to customers, collect UPI payments.

Itsisa free billing software and online store app is used by many types of shops or dukaan Kirana Shops Fruits & Vegetable Shops, Departmental Shops, Restaurants and Food trucks, Salons, Medical Shops, Cake, Bakery and Coffee Shops, Mobile and Electronics Shops, Fashion, Furniture Shops, Sports Centres, Dry Cleaners, Optical Shops, Sweet Shops, and many more.

We are looking for CRM & operations EXECUTIVE for DeLhi OFFICE IN south deLhi

1) Client - RetaiL & E commerce set up

2) Position - CRM & operations Executive

3) Location - DeLhi

4) Experience - 6 months - 2 years in Customer service/ CRM or related role

5) Qualification - ANY


- 6 m0nths - 2 years with good Communication skills in English

- Candidate should join immediate or with in a week

- Sourcing and Screening Guideline

- Candidates should have good experience in telecalling & convincing skills.

- Good Communication skills

Duties and Responsibility :

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Shift Timing 9:30-6:30 PM
