The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Visiting potential property owners and builders to associate with our organization
- Promoting our interior business
- Promoting our office products
- Build good wrap over with property owners and cross sell our business model
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Look out for improving sales performance
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
