Job Title: Executive - Corporate Sales & Client Relationship (LIFE)
Reporting To: PO (Position/Title of the immediate supervisor)
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Executive - Corporate Sales & Client Relationship (LIFE). The ideal candidate will come from existing insurance broking houses or any insurance companies, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in handling the Life department, including leading a team.
Responsibilities :
Product Pitching : Pitching insurance products to corporate clients and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) with a strong understanding of all life insurance products.
Client Solution : Understanding client requirements thoroughly and providing optimal solutions to meet their needs. Handling objections with finesse and resolving issues without arguments.
Client Servicing : Ensuring excellent client servicing up to a certain extent, maintaining a positive client relationship.
Team Leadership : Leading a small team of employees (2 employees) within the Life department, providing guidance and support.
Insurance Knowledge : Demonstrating a good knowledge of all life insurance products, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate or Fellow of Insurance Institute of India qualification.
Age Requirement : Between 25 to 40 years.
Educational Qualification : Graduate.
Location: Mumbai - Preferred if from the central area of Mumbai.
Designation: Sales Executive.
Salary: 40K to 50K per month + Incentives (Negotiable as per candidate).
Skill Set:
Fluent in English.
Computer Literacy: MS Office, Internet, PowerPoint, Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.
Personality Traits:
- Good personality.
- Positive attitude.
- Convincing skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Preferably able to handle the Life division of the broking company.
- Coordination with clients and insurance companies for quotes.
