Executive - Corporate Sales/Business Development - IT (1-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- A Business Development employee has to take care of the entire customer life cycle with a major focus on acquisition.

- He is responsible for an end to end sales process which involves

- Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, and Converting into customers.

- Overseeing excellent after-sales services.

- Minimum 0.5 - 2 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.

- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.

- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations.

- Prospect, Educate, Qualify and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.

- Onboarding New Apartments on the Instant platform will be a major KRA for a Business Development Executive.

- Researching potential leads from the open markets, web searches, or digital resources.

Competencies :

Eligibility :

- Graduate with experience/ MBA not mandatory but would be an added advantage

Skills Required : 

- Channel Sales, Business Development, Sales, Presales, Telesales

- Should be comfortable to work on weekends, with a week off in between Mon-Thursday

- Strong public speaking skills

- Good Communication skills, stronghold on local and national language

- Should not shy away from talking in public places

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc.
