Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicating with International Clients.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related Products.
- Respond to complaints or queries from customers overseas.
- Handle the processing of all information with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the export team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- On boarding vendors and vendor management
- Focus on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in retailers to the platform
- Should have experience on handling international clients.
- Study in competitor listings and websites to determine the best way for us to market our products
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
- Need to tie-up with the vendors.
- Assist in Generating new leads & amp; responsible for B2B/B2C agreements.
- To maintain an up to date database of all the leads generated and ensure to follow up as per the timelines.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot them.
Requirements :
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- B. Tech in any stream
- Exposure in client coordination or sales coordination on International Level will be preferred.
- Female candidate preferred.
