Executive - Concierge/Customer Service - Education (1-6 yrs)

Job Description :

About the role :

- At Company, we are looking for a passionate, customer service executive with a deep passion for re-inventing early childhood education.

Scope : Individual Role to handle queries.

Work Location : Remote online work until offices reopen

Working days : 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week

Shifts (subject to change) : 11 pm - 8 am

Experience : 1-6 years

Mandatory Language Fluency : English, Hindi

Laptop/Wi-fi : candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed

Role Details :

- Support student and teacher experience and ensure high CSAT scores

- Ensure high teacher and student engagement and in turn high net promoter scores (NPS) from Teacher and Students

- Responsible for solving queries of students and teachers.

- Responsible for building relationships with the students and teachers

- Maintain good relationships with students and teachers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.

- Should be open to work in rotational shifts

- Should be open to work in email, chat and calling process

Additional Information :

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact centre environment

- Experience within customer services with customers/clients

- Strong Operations background in any of these industries - E-commerce/Start-up, BPO/ITES, Telecom, E-learning

- Excellent communication skills

- Email voice and chat experience will be an advantage

Graduation - Any Graduate

in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA
