- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

- Possesses excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

- Data mining during your free time when there are no calls.

- Making outbound calls to customers to collect feedback and to get them on our social media platforms.

- Report to the Team Leader in a timely manner.

- Build healthy and positive relationships with customers so that they can refer more customers to our software.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Minimum experience of 6 months in any stream

- Work from Office only
