Qualification : SSC / HSC /Graduate
- Fresher's are welcome
- Good Communication Skill
- Any sort of calling experience in Domestic or International BPO will be added an advantage.
Job Profile :
- Giving Information related to pharmaceutical/medical products or services to US based clients
- Resolving Customer Queries and cross selling products
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Shift Time : Fixed Night 9 PM - 6 AM
Salary - 22K Net + Attractive Huge Incentives
