Executive - Client Servicing - Marketing Agency (1-5 yrs)

Our client, a boutique marketing agency is hiring for a Client Service Executive. You will maintain and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary contact between the agency and its clients. You will ensure client needs are understood and expectations are exceeded through strategic guidance, project management, and effective communication.

Responsibilities :


1)Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.

- Conduct regular meetings to review campaign performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues professionally.

- Foster long-term partnerships, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

2)Strategic Guidance :

- Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies.

Utilize market research and data analysis to identify optimization opportunities.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

3)Project Management :

- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Monitor project progress, address potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.

- Communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.

4)Business Development :

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand existing contracts based on clients' needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client servicing or account management within digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEM, SEO, social media, and programmatic advertising.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional project management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.

- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
