Executive - Client Servicing - IT (0-3 yrs)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Coordination with client (hospitals/medical equipment manufacturers) for required setup and trials for LIVE transmissions.
- On-site visits to hospitals when needed.
- Managing end-to-end responsibility for successful execution of events.
- Assisting Sr. Managers for making reports/documentation.
- Handling client queries through online chat/email/phone calls.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (spoken/written).
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Go getter, quick learner.
- Good computer skills, basics of MS-Office.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/ Graduate - 1 year experience.
- Freshers with dedication towards work are welcome.
Working hours details :
- Flexible working hours.
- Should be ready to work in odd hours and on weekends (Sat/Sun) - Comp off will be provided.
- Work from home option can be given.
