Client Servicing Executive
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Revenue generation of the company.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing inquiry calls.
- Handling Customer/Clients queries, understanding their concern and guiding them.
- Coordinating with our panel of Dermatologists to get information regarding latest .
- Pre and Post appointment follow up in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the Customer/Clients data is up to date.
- Brainstorming with Sales, Marketing and customer excellence team to come up with new innovations.
- Completing Daily, Weekly and Monthly statistics.
