Client Servicing Executive (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Business strategy and planning : Sets business direction and Creates client opportunities through an ongoing study of the industry developments and networking with new entrants or existing businesses

Account Planning for client sets - driving Account Planners on research and setting the overall direction for the business

Business Development : Drive the Business Development Team for converting live business opportunities through ongoing connect and interactions as well as a keen understanding of the client business and the client industry landscape

P&L targets : Setting and driving targets for Origami as per the Business plan

Client acquisition and retention : Drives the business proposals to help close new accounts

Client Champion : Manages client relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to the client with a keen understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives

Ensuring Marconix standards of excellence : Approves and oversees all deliverables through the Client Servicing team ensuring that they deliver on-brand, on-strategy and that the client understands the context and rationale

- Is the final sign off on ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client including budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables, etc

- Champions and consistently employs, improves and shares project management processes, standards, templates and best practices

Client Escalation Management : Serves as a final level escalation point for client issues in case it cannot be sorted by the First Level CS team

Team Development : Provides on-going development of the Client Services Team through performance management, coaching, and team building and ensuring skill development through various activities.

Project planning and management : Budget allocation, resource planning along with the Account Managers and review of the project delivery schedules

Key processes for the role :

Qualification: Degree / PG in Marketing, Advertising, Communications

Pay range: CTC 4,00,000 PA
