Client Servicing Executive/ Client account management (CAM)

This position seeks a client servicing professional with enriched experience interacting with global clients. It will be an individual contributor role across all level of experience. We are looking for a client account management person with wide exposure in IT/ITES industry.

Job Details:

Education : Any Shift timings : Rotational (Including night Shift) Work location: NSEZ, Noida phase II, Sector 82, Noida

Required Skills:

- Client Engagement experience.

- Experience interacting with global/offshore clients required.

- Good problem solving skills, should be assertive and able to influence.

- Should be presentable, confident in his approach and should be able to deal with people.

- Passionate and willing to influence change.

- Should be able to work independently, fast learner and adaptive to changes.

- Good team player with an ability to become a coach.

- Result oriented and performance driven.

- Go getter attitude and have a good / proven track record.

- Flexible for shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact and correspond with prospective clients. (International clients)

- Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients

- Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts

- Discuss and influence client needs, expectations and satisfaction in the area of service delivery.

- Will be responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.

- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

- Understanding client needs through conversations / meetings.
