Any sort of calling experience in Domestic or International BPO will be added an advantage.
Job Profile :
- Handle customer inquiries and give information related to products.
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Shift Time : Fixed Night 9 PM - 6 AM
Salary : 19K Net + Attractive Huge Incentives
