Executive - Client Services - Industrial Product/Heavy Machinery Firm (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Identify new potential clients and increasing the client network with the help of a team of client servicing managers and field executives.
- Creating market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve the target through retail networks and influencers.
- Building brand awareness and explaining product portfolio to the existing and potential clients
- Identify the expectations of the prospective clients, by obtaining relevant in-depth information on future projects, creating bids / Request for Quotation (RFQ- s) specific to each client
- Working closely with Sales Team and the Production team for seamless operation.
- Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
- Lead tender or direct negotiation process, deliver presentations as part of shortlisting and continued to drive excellence and efficiency in the tendering process
- Teamwork and management discussions to drive sales growth
- Responsible to improve customer experience, productivity and maintaining deadlines
- Confidentiality to be maintained at each step and department for the business leads and project proposals
