Executive - Client Service - Sports Event Firm (2-4 yrs)
- Project kick-off and internal team meetings for planning and execution of projects.
- Run analysis from previous events/seasons and work with the organizer for the smooth functioning of the upcoming season.
- Collate and send sales and marketing reports and season analysis internally and to clients.
- Work towards suggestive pricing of events along with the client, internal budgets and track project performance regularly.
- Run all operations for the client, end to end, i.e. from the set-up of the event to execution.
- Manage/support all client communications.
- Interact with clients and understand expectations.
- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill them.
- Coordinate with the internal (design/tech/product/content) team to fulfill client requirements.
- Use and continually develop Leadership Skills
Who should apply?
- Should have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- We- re looking for creative, data-driven problem solvers with an eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple projects - we- re talking next-level multi-tasking!
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Servicing.
- Experience in the sports ticketing industry preferred.
- You will need to synthesize information and communicate complicated processes with various teams and be highly organized, with a passion for optimizing systems and processes.
- Good with number crunching and MS Office
