- Understand the Bridgeweave suite of products and deep dive on customer demographics.

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, emails or calls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers and provide guidance on product features and usage.

- Document and monitor customers' interactions in a timely manner.

- Liaison between customer and partner to provide accurate inputs to all the customer queries.

- An opportunity to be involved across the lifecycle of a product launch.

- Front end with customers, understand their concerns and help resolve small queries telephonically or electronically.

- The responses and resolution will based on proper elementary research and findings on technical problems, and providing basic assistance and information to User

- Liaison between customers and internal teams to suggest product enhancements

- Be a part of customer engagement by creating emails and scripts for customer conversations, coming up with cool enablement videos that speak about the product and what we offer.

- Understanding and execution of campaigns on social media
