- Generating business leads and following up on Business opportunities.
- Meet client needs so and ensure successful delivery of projects, resulting in profits for the company.
Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer needs and providing best service accordingly.
- Working to weekly and monthly targets
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out Service Presentations and Business Promotion.
- Following up swiftly on enquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
- Basic research skills to gain understanding of new clients/projects
SKILLS :
- Experience in an automotive role or within an After Sales team or a Marketing role.
- Experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Exceptional grammar and letter writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM systems
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
