Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Orgomik Industries, you will be the first point of contact with our Customers.You will be responsible for building and sustaining the customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, exploring new market segments and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Your efforts shall contribute to Company's continued success and satisfaction of our Customer Base.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Acquisition : Prospect and identify potential customers, both new and existing to build a robust sales pipeline.

2. Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers by undertaking their needs, providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge : Develop an understanding of our edible food products, features and benefits and how they meet customer needs

4. Sales Presentations : Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products through product demonstrations and samples

5. Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

6. Reporting : Maintain accurate record of customer interactions, sales activities and market data. Provide regular sales report and forecasts to Sales Manager.

7. Feedback & Improvement: Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products & services and contribute to ongoing product development.
