Position Objectives : Provide application and service support for customers locking for Export Import Services
Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Create and manage help topics and documentations.
- Minimize the customer churn rate
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
Qualification and Skills :
- Freshers to 2 Yrs experience with good communication experience.
- You are very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Job Types : Full-time, Regular/Permanent
Salary : 200,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
Schedule : Day shift
