Job Description :
- Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of SGS in USA.
- Will work as bridge between SGS internal Team and the clients of SGS.
- Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.
- Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in SGS.
- Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.
- Reports to Management about the work performed on a daily basis.
- Accountable for getting the work completed following the SLAs and TATs of SGS.
Requirements :
- Must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (International client/customer Experience is preferred)
- Must have excellent Communication skills.
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good Team player.
