Executive - Client Relationship (1-3 yrs)
We have Opening of Client Relationship Executive for Vadodara Location.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Client relationship executive, client servicing for scientific services offered by the company.
Responsibilities :
- Candidate will need to interact with clients and explain them about the services offered by the company. Further, the candidate will need to do follow-up with clients on email and WhatsApp, offer them prices for company's services.
- Candidate will need to do internal coordination to ensure that client's service is delivered as per the desired quality and on-time. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be able to explain/give demonstration of the services and process offered by the company.
- Candidate will get access to initial training on email communication, mock calls, explanation of the services offered by the company to get full acquainted on the know-how of the job profile.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- An ideal candidate will graduate or post-graduate with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in client servicing role or any role. Candidate should be well-verse with use of MS word, Excel, Computer and Internet.
- MBA Freshers, PGDM, BBM, MBM, M.E Freshers can also apply. Graduates (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A) should have minimum of one year of work experience.
Job Requirements :
- Building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
- Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
- Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
- Experience in CRM will be added advantage.
