Executive - Client Relationship (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. The Client Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and growing our institutional products & services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales, a deep understanding of the capital & financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
You will be the member of the client-facing department focused on new account acquisition and uplift of existing mass retail accounts through a value-driven relationship-based approach. Client Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving the desired outcome from the allocated interactions across the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate a pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Handle relationship management and issue resolution.
- Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
- Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
- Establish and develop business relationships with new and prospective customers to generate new business for the Company's products/services.
- Directing customers to a specific outcome through company-approved communication channels.
- Analyze the clients portfolio and contact clients who stopped or reduced trading with the company to find out the reasons.
- Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client in order to address the payment issues.
- Manage the incoming clients queries and complaints.
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
- Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and sales campaigns, as well as marketing methods
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in telemarketing or any relevant client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
- Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI)
- Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
- Experience in the online financial trading industry: Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platform.
- Knowledge of financial markets
